Synced account picks will not settle

If your BetSync picks will not settle, you may need to complete on of the following processes:

  1. Reset your synced account
  2. Reset your synced account
  3. or sync full history

To Reset your account:

  • Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
  • Select Reset next to Username
  • Log into your DraftKings account

To Disconnect from BetSync:

  • Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
  • Choose Disconnect BetSync
  • Click Unlink, then type UNLINK
  • You can reconnect by going to My Books and clicking BetSync under DraftKings

To Sync Full History:

  • Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
  • Tap Sync Full History
  • This can only be done before 12:00 pm EST.
