If your BetSync picks will not settle, you may need to complete on of the following processes:
- Reset your synced account
- Reset your synced account
- or sync full history
To Reset your account:
- Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
- Select Reset next to Username
- Log into your DraftKings account
To Disconnect from BetSync:
- Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
- Choose Disconnect BetSync
- Click Unlink, then type UNLINK
- You can reconnect by going to My Books and clicking BetSync under DraftKings
To Sync Full History:
- Go Settings > Manage BetSync > DraftKings Manage
- Tap Sync Full History
- This can only be done before 12:00 pm EST.
