One method for troubleshooting pending BetSync picks is to use the Sync Full History option. This can only be done before 12:00 pm EST. If it is past this time, you will need to wait until the next midnight to noon cycle. Please take the following steps:
- Go to your My Action profile
- Click into your Settings (⚙️)
- Select Manage BetSync
- Find the Sportsbook you're looking for & click on Manage
- Tap Sync Full History
