My BetSync picks are pending settlement or missing

One method for troubleshooting pending BetSync picks is to use the Sync Full History option. Please take the following steps:

  • Go to your My Action profile
  • Click into your Settings (⚙️)
  • Select Manage BetSync
  • Find the Sportsbook you're looking for & click on Manage
  • Tap Sync Full History
