iPhone and iPad
- From your home screen, tap and hold the Action Network app until it starts to shake (indicating that you have selected it successfully)
- Select Remove app, then Delete app
- Power-off the device fully, then turn it back on
- Go to the App Store and reinstall the Action Network app
- Redownload the app and tap Open
- Log back in with your existing username and password
- If you can't remember your username or password, follow these instructions on how to reset and recover
Android mobile
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Action Network
- Tap Uninstall
- Power-off the device fully, then turn it back on
- Navigate to the Google Play Store and search for Action Network
- Reinstall the Action Network app
- Log back in with your existing username and password
