Uninstalling and reinstalling the Action app

To ensure you have the latest version of the Action Network app, we recommend Uninstalling and Reinstalling. This can be a helpful step in resolving many technical issues. Step-by-step instructions for the following devices and platforms are available below:

iPhone and iPad

  1. From your home screen, tap and hold the Action Network app until it starts to shake (indicating that you have selected it successfully) 
  2. Select Remove app, then Delete app
  3. Power-off the device fully, then turn it back on
  4. Go to the App Store and reinstall the Action Network app
  5. Redownload the app and tap Open
  6. Log back in with your existing username and password

Android mobile

  1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Action Network 
  2. Tap Uninstall
  3. Power-off the device fully, then turn it back on
  4. Navigate to the Google Play Store and search for Action Network
  5. Reinstall the Action Network app
  6. Log back in with your existing username and password
