If you forgot or would like to change your password, there are multiple options you can choose from to set a new one.
I.) Updating via web
A.) If you are able to login to your account and you would like to update your password, follow these steps to update your password.
1.) First, login to www.actionnetwork.com.
2.) Click on your initials in the top right corner and select 'Settings':
3.) Next, select 'Edit Profile' from the list of options.
4.) Under the 'Reset Password' heading, confirm your old password, then enter and confirm your new password:
5.) Finally, click on 'Update Password' to complete the update.
B.) If you do not know your password, you may reset it via the login page.
1.) First, visit www.actionnetwork.com and click 'Sign In'.
2.) Below the 'Sign In' button, click 'Forgot your password?'
3.) Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click 'Reset Password'.
4.) You will see this alert indicating that an e-mail has been sent containing further instructions:
5.) You should now have an e-mail similar to this waiting for you in your inbox:
6.) Click on the 'Please click here' link. You will be taken to a page where you may now update your password:
7.) Click on 'Reset Password' to confirm the update.
B.) Updating via App
If you need to update your password via the app, you may do so via the login screen. If you are already logged in, first logout by clicking Settings>Logout.
1.) From the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password', located below the 'Next' button:
2.) Next, enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click 'Submit':
3.) You will see a popup note indicating that an e-mail has been sent with further instructions.
4.) You should now have an e-mail similar to this waiting for you in your inbox:
5.) Click on the 'Please click here' link. You will be taken to a page where you may now update your password:
6.) Click on 'Reset Password' to confirm the update.
