If you have an EDGE subscription, but you are being blocked from the site's premium features, you should first verify your login state. Here are the steps to follow first on web and then in app:
I.) On Web
When you are logged out of the site or logged into a free, non-premium account, you will be blocked from accessing portions of the site that require an active EDGE subscription. These features include:
a.) Money percentages:
b.) Full access to premium articles:
In order to resolve the issue that is preventing you from accessing these features, first verify your login state by following the steps listed below.
1.) Confirm that you are logged into the site using the correct account. To verify which account you are logged into, check the top right corner of the page. Here, you will see 'Sign In/Free Trial' when you are not currently logged in:
When you are logged in as an EDGE user, you will instead see 'My Action' listed here:
If you are instead seeing this ...
... it is an indication that you are logged in as a free, non-EDGE member, or that your EDGE subscription has expired. You may click on the 'Upgrade' button to add an EDGE subscription to your account.
II.) In App
Similarly, in the app, if you are not logged in/logged into a non-EDGE account, you will be restricted from seeing money percentages for upcoming games:
You will also run into the paywall when accessing premium articles:
In order to verify your login state, click on My Action. If you are seeing a 'Sign Up' prompt here, it is an indication that you are currently logged out:
Alternately, you can verify your login state in the app's Settings. Click on the gear icon in the top-left corner to open the app Settings. If you are not logged in, you will see a login prompt here:
If you are logged into a non-EDGE account, you will no longer see the login prompt, but you will see a prompt asking you to 'Try Now' and upgrade your account to EDGE:
III.) Contacting Customer Service
