Reactivating Via Web
When your EDGE subscription has expired, you will see this notice upon logging into the website:
After clicking on 'Reactivate Subscription', you will be take to a pricing page that will allow you to select from our currently active plan options. Click on a monthly or annual option to proceed to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you will be able to review your charges (displayed below the 'Reactivate' button) and enter any coupon code you may have.
From here, select 'Reactivate' to process the payment and reinstate EDGE services.
Reactivating In App
If you would instead like to upgrade your account via our app, first click on the gear icon in the top-left corner of the app to open the app Settings.
Next, click on the Reactivate button displayed at the top of the page. You will complete the transaction through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
