The 'Compare Odds' section within a game's Preview Tab is very helpful for users who have accounts at multiple sportsbooks. Once set up, this allows you to easily see which sportsbook offers the best odds for each wager type. Shopping for lines regularly gives bettors the ability to get an extra half-point, lower juice, and better payouts. Over the long run, this can substantially impact a bettor's bankroll.
First, you'll need to set up your sportsbooks. You will need a default/primary book, as well as compare books.
If you only see one book, your 'Primary' book, you'll need to add books to compare it to by tapping the gear icon on the right side of the page. This will bring you to the Manage Books section to add more books.
Once you've added your books, refresh your app and go back to the 'Compare Odds' section.
In this example, FanDuel and PointsBet have been selected as compare books. You can easily see the best options for each side, as they are highlighted in green text.
For example, if you wanted to take the Toronto Raptors on the spread, you can see that PointsBet (-5 (-110)) gives you the best odds. If you were interested in the Washington Wizards, FanDuel ((+5 (-106)) is your best choice.
