In order to ensure quality and a level-playing field for Verified bettors, we will be unable to edit or delete any Verified bets. Please make sure the proper bet selections are displayed on your Bet Slip before submitting.
If a Bet Slip ever seems like it's frozen or if you believe a Verified bet has not properly been submitted, we would highly recommend considering a few of the troubleshooting tips listed below before attempting to submit a Verified bet multiple times.
Troubleshooting tips for the mobile app:
- Log out of app / Log back in
- Uninstall app / Reinstall
- Restart the device / WiFi
- Make sure your on the latest version of our app, please click here for the latest version on the Apple Store and here for the Google Play Store
After these troubleshooting steps have been completed and you have checked your My Action page to confirm the bet wasn’t submitted, then we would recommend attempting to re-submit your Verified bet selection.
