BetSync picks not appearing in My Action

There may be a delay with BetSync picks flowing over from your Sportsbook app to the Action App for tracking. If you're noticing this, we always recommend troubleshooting first:

  1. Log out of app / Log back in
  2. Uninstall app / Reinstall 
  3. Restart the device / WiFi
  4. Make sure your on the latest latest version of our app (https://www.actionnetwork.com/app

If an extended period of time has passed and your BetSync picks are still not populating, please reach out to our customer support team by submitting a request.
