If you’d like to receive notifications when an Expert or friend you follow submits a pick, you can do so by navigating to Settings, clicking Alerts & Notifications, choose Customize Notifications under Bettors I'm Following, and choose the Expert or friend from the list. This is where you will be able to specify whether you want to receive pick notifications Never, Hourly, or Instantly.
