If you find that you're not receiving push notifications in alert types that you have enabled in the app's settings, or if you are receiving only some, but not all, of the alerts, you should be receiving, you may attempt to resolve the issue by following these steps:
For Apple
1.) Go to the Alert Settings section by going to the My Action tab > Settings > Alert Settings
2.) Make sure notifications are enabled for the Action App within your phone's settings
3.) If they are enabled, but you're still not receiving notifications, uninstall the app
4.) Re-install the app
5.) Accept all notifications from your device
6.) Toggle any alerts you want back on

For Android
1.) Go to the Alert Settings section by going to the My Action tab > Settings > Alert Settings
2.) Toggle all alerts off
3.) Exit the app and select Apps>Action
4.) Select 'Clear Data'
5.) Uninstall the Action app
6.) Re-install the Action app
7.) Accept all notifications from your device
8.) Toggle alerts back on
