If your payment method is not being accepted or processed, the following are possible causes:
- Debit or credit card is expired
- Billing information does not match
- Check that the card number, CVV, and expiration date were entered correctly
- Debit or credit card has insufficient funds
- Debit or credit card issuer is not supported
- Billing address is in a different country/region from where you are subscribing
- For PayPal, your preferred payment method is not accepted
- Log in to your PayPal account and navigate to Settings to verify your preferred payment method under Payments

If we are unable to process a payment from your payment method, your subscription will be cancelled, and we may send an email notifying you. You will need to update your payment information with a valid payment method to continue using Action PRO.
If you’re billed by a third party, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you’ll be directed to their website or account settings to manage your payment method.
